Depending of the services you request we will deliver different file types, from pdf's to interactive links where your developers will be able to read specifications, CSS code, and extract assets directly from the design files. We can always adapt to your needs and deliver on the file type you need.

A request is a specific task or deliverable that you've placed on our design requests board. You can submit multiple requests simultaneously but to ensure your utmost satisfaction, we manage one request at a time with our Light plan or two requests concurrently with our Elite plan. Please note that certain requests may require more time due to their complexity or the scope of the project. Nevertheless, we strive to deliver promptly while maintaining our high standards of quality and attention to detail.

If you're unsure about having enough requests, you can pause your subscription at any time and reactivate it later to maximise the value of your payment. Please note that you can only pause your subscription once we've completed and delivered all your outstanding requests.

A full-time design team comes with fixed costs, including salaries, benefits, and equipment. With our subscription service, you pay a predictable monthly fee, significantly lower than the expenses associated with in-house hiring. You also don’t need to worry about managing an in-house team or worrying about office space.

Typically, the majority of requests are finalised within a timeframe of approximately two days or less. Please keep in mind that more complex requests may require additional time for completion and that we may not be able to deliver during weekends.

However, due to the nature of our work and the hours we need to put in we do not offer refunds for services. Our team works diligently to ensure your satisfaction, and we are always available to address any concerns or issues you may encounter throughout the process. Your trust and satisfaction are paramount to us, and we strive to exceed your expectations with every project.

You can request for all the services mentioned on Our services section, plus we might be able to help you with other requests that were not mentioned previously (e.g. editorial design). We don't provide 3D (e.g. 3D modelling, animated graphics), video edition, complex packaging and document design services.
